ezspin1 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and accepted debit/credit cards. Additional payment methods may be made available at ezspin1's discretion from time to time.
Minimum deposit amounts are set at the payment method level and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. ezspin1 does not charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ezspin1 may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This KYC process is a regulatory obligation and is not discretionary.
Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ezspin1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Live betting markets are subject to live event conditions. ezspin1 may suspend or close markets at any time before settlement and accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to market suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without written authorisation from ezspin1 is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin1 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ezspin1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ezspin1's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to ezspin1 in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.
ezspin1 is not responsible for telecommunications network failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment system outages that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions.
ezspin1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; regulatory or compliance requirements; or where ezspin1 determines continued operation of the Account presents unacceptable risk.
Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to Player breach, ezspin1 may void outstanding bets and forfeit Bonus Funds. Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of any legitimate obligations may be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ezspin1 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any qualifying balance will be returned following completion of KYC obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ezspin1 holds its gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and ezspin1 arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via the ezspin1 customer support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the relevant gaming authority. ezspin1's decision on all gaming outcomes and bet settlements, in the absence of demonstrable technical error, shall be final and binding.
ezspin1 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ezspin1 will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ezspin1 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
